Refund Policy
The Writer’s Time is billed once, and in total, before the beginning of the salon series. You may request, in writing, a refund up to one week before the first session of the salon series. After that date, there will be no refunds or credits for missed or unattended sessions. Unattended sessions cannot be credited to another program.
The Writer’s Time – 3 Monthly Payments is billed monthly, beginning with the date of purchase and recurring every 30 days from that date for three months. You may request, in writing, a refund up to one week before the first session of the salon series. After that date, there will be no refunds or credits for missed or unattended sessions.
